Privacy Policy
Website information updated: 24 October 2026
About this policy
Local Business Accelerator ("LBA", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What information we collect
Contact and enquiry data
The enquiry form prepares a message in your own email app. Its fields stay in your browser until you choose to open that draft; the form does not send them to our server. When you send us an email or book a call through Calendly, we receive the details you provide and use them to respond to your enquiry. Calendly handles booking information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
This version of our website does not load an analytics or advertising script. Your motion preference is stored locally in your browser so we can remember whether you paused animation. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. External services, including Calendly and social platforms, have their own privacy and cookie practices.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, send service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., our booking platform).
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@lbaccelerator.com.au.
Access and correction
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@lbaccelerator.com.au.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
